Central Park Walk – NEW YORK

Central Park is the most famous park in New York, the more than 340 hectares in the center of Manhattan makes it a wonderful park, hence it has been the scene of filming quite famous movies and series.

Belvedere Castle

Strawberry Fields – Monument to John Lennon

Strawberry Fields also located in Central Park is a memorial to John Lennon, who was murdered in front of the Dakota Apartments, which is on the west side of Central Park.

The monument is a mosaic in whose center we can find the word IMAGINE also built with mosaic, IMAGINE is the name of a song by John Lennon in 1971.

Surrounding the mosaic is a landscape of more than 160 species of plants, each plant representing one per country. The garden was designed by Vaux and Olmstead and is named GARDEN OF PEACE. Quiet area for strolling and observing.

Central Park Zoo

Asia, polar regions and the coast of California are the territories with the kind of animals that we are going to find in the Central Park Zoo. Red pandas, snow leopards and snow monkeys.

In the polar zone we can see the much-loved penguins, as well as animal highlights such as grizzly bears and California sea lions.

At the Central Park Zoo there is also an impressive theater with the new 4D technology.
